Lee Bardin
Lee has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He also excelled at product marketing and sales in a prior life.
Lee has a passion for "getting it right" and helping people understand their home in a deeper, more practical manner.
When not constructing art projects in his garage or helping the local synagogue, he spends his time with his wife, children and many grandchildren. He loves to whitewater kayak and ski and has constructed everything from teepees and yurts, to ski lodges and custom homes.
Lee is passionate about energy efficiency, healthy homes and function. He finds experiences to be the greatest teacher and loves to share them with his clients and friends.
Sean Donovan
Sean has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed $120M development projects, designed and fabricated custom cabinetry and has constructed custom homes.
Sean believes that life is simpler when people treat each other with integrity and transparency. His role as GC is to ensure the success of the team through proper planning and logistics. He strives to provide the highest quality assemblies using state-of-the-art materials and time-tested methodologies.
He lives in Middle Tennessee with his wife and three daughters and manages project planning, financials and scheduling.
