Prior to purchase by our clients in 2020, this 1950 Colonial was owned by only one family. In addition to a number of efficiency upgrades, a new primary suite bathroom was needed. Facilitated by a small adjustment to the location of the bedroom entry door, we created a private retreat on one wing of the home. The doorway shift also allowed for a few more inches inside the bathroom, which created space for a double vanity.
