Our client loved to entertain, yet the access to the large outdoor deck was cramped by a in-swinging (traditional) French door.. We reimagined the outdoor space to optimize flow, comfort and utility.
Newton Centre, MA
With a limited rear yard and large parking area, our client wanted a space to grill and sit outside on nice evenings. We constructed a cantilevered structural steel "carport" frame, wrapped in modern finishes.
Waban, MA
A failing deck that was part of the original, 7-year-old home was upgraded to a 3-season space with multiple outdoor gas fire pits, LED lighting, high-end sound and tiered entertaining areas.
Winchester, MA
Our clients home was cut off from the rear yard, yet there kids spent hours there. We opened a structural wall for a new bank of patio doors and added a simple mahogany deck with secret storage compartments.
